Don’t do business with them. If you need to cancel your policy they just give you the runaround and ghost you.

If you are an agency looking for carrier access, the Firefly Agency is the best! As soon as you sign the contract, and get onboarded, your agency will start getting appointments. They offer excellent training and processes. When you have a question, they are always there to help.

I worked with an agent Christian for 6 years. She was probably the worst agent I have ever worked with. I tried cancelling my policy with Progressive in October,( she said it was cancelled) but still money was taken out in November. It took weeks for it to go back in my account. I tried reaching out to make sure it was cancelled (in October), meanwhile texting her again about 4x until I got a response.
