I worked with an agent Christian for 6 years. She was probably the worst agent I have ever worked with. I tried cancelling my policy with Progressive in October,( she said it was cancelled) but still money was taken out in November. It took weeks for it to go back in my account. They do not answer the phone , return calls or have adequate staff for their chat feature. My customer spent over an hour trying to get a live person to add a car and no one returned our call or answered the phone.
