They do not answer the phone , return calls or have adequate staff for their chat feature. My customer spent over an hour trying to get a live person to add a car and no one returned our call or answered the phone.
Joining Firefly- I did a ton of research before becoming an Independent Agent . If you are looking into an independent agency then you know who all of the big players and most of these companies are aggregators, clusters and networks, not Firefly. Firefly is an Agency, so there are no production requirements for the individual agents. You will receive direct appointments, which take place immediately and their agent support is second to none.
