They do not answer the phone , return calls or have adequate staff for their chat feature. My customer spent over an hour trying to get a live person to add a car and no one returned our call or answered the phone.
Joining Firefly- I did a ton of research before becoming an Independent Agent . If you are looking into an independent agency then you know who all of the big players and most of these companies are aggregators, clusters and networks, not Firefly. Firefly has done everything they said they could do so far! They got me over 20 carrier appointments with the first 3 weeks and I can't thank TJ Scott enough. Not only does Firefly break down their system to make everything easy to navigate/place, but TJ knows the system like the back of his hand and helped me get all the carriers linked with Ezlynx so I could start quoting right away!
