I joined this gym a little while ago. I have been one of those Mum’s who joins the gym and tries to overcome feelings of absolute inadequacy and it doesn’t usually work. I love how kind the instructors are at this gym. I am now in my 50’s and i have thrown a fair amount of time and energy and $$$ into always trying to improve my fitness with minimal success. Such a warm welcome upon arrival, nice smaller boutique gym. With brand new equipment. Spin room and circuit style training. Darker rooms for more private training. Easy access and Heaps of parking. Highly recommend Danielle and her team
Love this gym! The trainers are fun, knowledgeable and really inspire the class to work hard, and the gym's fit out is incredible.
