It’s 11am on Wednesday 12/4 and I am back home in Key Biscayne with my tree in our house looking great! I show up at 10am, the same amazing salesperson, Bear, helps me every year. It’s always great to see him. He’s the best! But all the guys are very good here. Bear finds me a tree, trims it, wraps it, puts it in my stand and gets it in my SUV as easily and as effortlessly as one could imagine. And, the trees haven’t gone up in price. The customer service here is terrible. The posted hours say 8 PM, but they closed the gate at 6 PM, turning away multiple customers. The employee at the gate was rude and offered no apology for the inconvenience. Clearly, they don’t care about business or customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Levi was such a pleasure to work with, after 20 minutes and 4 trees later, I was a very happy person. I'm extremely picky so when I say he gave me amazing service I am not playing. Everyone was kind, the trees were a million times better than Miami Christmas tree. I can't wait to return next year!! Very good customer service and very good quality trees without breaking the bank. Just bring your own base if you don’t want to buy it there.
