I love FireCycle! Not only is a great workout, but the instructors are so welcoming and I've found an awesome community with the other riders. It isn't intimidating (it's dark and the music is loud!) and everyone encourages each other. Your first ride is free so you've got nothing to lose! Try it today!
There is a ride for every feeling and/or goal that week. I enjoy the weekly ride schedule and ability to book ahead. Depending on the day, there are snacks after class! In summary, it's worth a shot even if your goal isn't to work on your fitness.
