Place has gone downhill recently.
Bartender didn't greet us, She was singing along to the horrible music being played and 10 minutes into our visit asked us what we wanted to drink. Ordered chicken fingers that were supposed to be "southern chicken tenders". They were 10$ and were the same I give to my 21 month old at home. Had brisket tacos that had almost zero flavor. Maybe it was a bad day for the cook or something. If you are going to do BBQ in this area go to Lester's. Consistent food and the service is outstanding.
Best brisket on the planet. Period.
Don't listen to any of the negative comments about Firebox. Firebox IS THE BEST bbq joint in the entire Massachusetts. I absolutely love the food here. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
The food was great (pulled pork, ribs, & baked beans (delicious!) and so was the service. Great Sauces! Great Craft Beers!! Yay! I have no complaints with quality of food, service, or beverage. I could easily love this place. I just didn't find that there was enough of it when we visited at lunch. Portions were limited in comparison to price. If they gave little bit better value (through minor price or portion changes) this would be my favorite (all 5's) BBQ spot!
