This was our first visit to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Birkdale and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I ordered the Wood Grilled New York Strip rare and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, tender, flavorful, and paired nicely with the side of mushrooms. We also ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, one of our favorite fishes, but unfortunately it did not live up to our excitement. Imagine paying for something you didnt order.l ordered mashed potatoes with my chicken and recieved mixed vegetables. Also brick hard bread that should have been tossed oot.Total waste of money ,willnt be ordering from this restaurant.Dont order from this restaurant with Uber eats they giving you anything because you already paid.
I was with a group and we were treated very well. Great service.
