Dustin, Kelly and the crew have been wonderful. Things have moved slower than usual this year due to a wet spring and labor shortages but Dustin was very patient with my many requests for updates on timelines and once the pool was started the entire process was completed in under 2 months. I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price and did exactly everything he said he would including removing fence pieces and putting them back up. We are so thankful for Dustin coming out and installing a new pool heater for us. He was very good communicating the issues with our old one, helped us decided what to do for a new one and priced us extremely fair with making us feel like a priority! Firebird Concrete & Pools is fantastic. They are so nice. Dustin was very friendly, honest and expedited our issue. They didn’t try to nickel and dime us. Their pricing was very fair. Service was outstanding. They are now our pool guys. They work on all Pentair products. Saved me a lot of heartache. Most pool companies around this area will not work on the equipment unless you bought it from them, not these guys. I strongly recommend these guys and look forward to working with them in the future.
