I have been in gunshops that ranged from a single glass counter in dusty hardware stores to the flagship shops of custom makers in London - NONE have the overbearing dismissal of customer; aka lack of giving a word I will not mention, the owner/manager here, and more prominently, his counter jockey displayed. An inquiry for one item was dismissed with 'yes we have it', then was told - while in store, where all items are kept - 'just order it on the site and I can grab it'. I got ripped off! 1 star isn't low enough! This sorry business advertised a shotgun part and sent me a different part from the one advertised. I couldn't use the different part. I tried to return the part for a refund within a couple of days and upon receiving approval to do so. I did not receive a refund even after calling and e-mailing regarding their mistake.
