They changed their fry vendor and the new plain fries they use are flavorless, not crispy, and disgusting. Also I ordered extra crispy wings and got soggy wings. The store smelled like dirty mop water.
I’ve been going to this location for about a year now and never had an issue. My food is always fresh and the order is correct. But today I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. I attempted to place an order on the phone but was cut off multiple times so I decided to come in. The same girl who answered the phone was at the front. Manager was great, food was great, service was great!!
Calvin is the man ! He convinced me and my friends to try new flavors and boy was I so happy he did. Don’t sleep on the peanut butter wings yall !! He had great customer service and he made our quick little dinner into a great memory from being so genuine. Thanks again Calvin !
Got my order wrong on multiple occasions! There is no where to sit down and it’s in Oakland that should say enough. I live in Berkeley and always make the drive to alameda they have a much better establishment. And honestly way better service
