Yeah.. this place needs to be investigated. There’s no way a Firewings could be this bad but this location does exist unfortunately. Food gets a 1/10 but the customer service gets a -10. These people will put in a considerable effort to ignore you, hoping you’d just leave. Never seen anything like it in my life.

The employees where all using inappropriate language and were too busy flirting with eachother. The restroom was closed. How is the restroom closed? They give you a little wet napkin to "wash" your hands. Food wasn't good either. I wouldn't go back.
Everyone on there phones ignoring yiu when u walk in, the the guy in the back is cooking long hair and a beard with no hair nets on at all found a hair in my chicken burger
