Dear franchise owner: you need to get your act together and manage this place better. I couldn't even order anything because they were slammed with DoorDash orders. They did not have enough employees on the clock for a lunch rush. They looked so busy that I felt bad and just left. Why are you making the register person work double also as a server? Ridiculous.
It's nice, but it could be a little janky to pull into and out of but otherwise, it's a not half bad place to go to...
Well forget about the food, this place failed the basics big time. None of the people working in the kitchen were were head nets. One of the girls didn’t even tied her hair properly. Her bangs were all over and was touching her again and again to pull them back.
They made me and a bunch of customers wait in line before telling us they would be closing and would not take our orders. This is not the first time it’s happened. They seem to close early often
I purchased a 40 wing combo yesterday to take to a family gathering. My pick up order was ready on time. The family loved all the flavors.
