It's the same chain, but the taste is different. Arden's location suited my palate better. This place is a bit sweeter and saltier compared to that one. Even though the interior isn’t particularly stylish, it seems like a good spot to enjoy beer with friends or have chicken with kids while watching a game. The taste is decent, and the customer service is quite good.
Did a pickup order and there were missing items. Tried to call the store and their phones don't work (surprise surprise they have never worked since this location opened). Tried the "contact us" button on the bottom of their website and nothing came of that either. Since I live 20 minutes away I did not come back that same night. Came in the next morning and was told it was "Store policy they can't do anything the next day" and that I'd have to send an email to a Gmail account and that I'd hear back in a few days.
