Horrible services. It said our food will be ready in 25 minutes and when we arrived we still had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to be ready. They didn't even apologize for the delay. Won't be going back anytime soon.
UPDATE: Since the “owner” responded: It’s disappointing to see Fire Wings deflect blame instead of taking accountability for a poorly handled situation. The issue wasn’t just with my order—it was with the overall lack of communication, refusal to issue refunds, and the unprofessional behavior of staff. Marking orders as “ready” when they aren’t, then telling customers to dispute charges with their bank, is unacceptable.
