I am not one to write reviews! This was total rip off, they did not represent the scope of the work they would do and then the price was alot more. They sent over a person from Laporte and he demanded my wife pay on the spot, I was not home, and was at 10-pm on Friday night so she paid the extra monies. Now we are out about $1,500!!!!!

These guys did an amazing job with the flooding of my basement. The compassion and empathy shown during this time is greatly appreciated from family and myself. We had our finished basement cleaned by SERVPRO after recent construction had left a thick layer of drywall/concrete dust on the floor, walls, ceiling, etc. Within a couple of hours, Diego & Jose had the place spotless and squeaky clean. Now we can paint our walls and finish the renovation project. Very impressed with their attention to detail!

As a homeowner, and a a Community Manager of a mobile home park, I can say that Gary Alwine and his staff are always wonderful! Everybody I have interacted with has been professional and pleasant. They make sure that they treat their customers right and get the job done correctly! Shout out to the entire staff, from the office to the field.

Servpro helped us when we were in crisis mode. Couldn’t have asked for better guys to clean out things and help prevent further water damage in a very timely fashion. They also were patient with us as we had to wait and wait and wait for our insurance company to do their part. Highly recommend Servpro for your emergency mitigation services!
