My predecessor had an account with these people for about 20 years, when I took over the business in 2021, I bought a brand new fire extinguisher from them. Had them service it for 2022. This year, they tell me they have no record of the business in their system, then, when I go to them to get my fire extinguisher serviced, they had the door locked and refused to open it/service my extinguisher. Went to Norred on N 2nd in Monroe and received excellent service.
