Tim Dean of Fire- Tech was hired by my HOA after a bad fire in my unit. They had to gut and rebuild my unit including plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, siding, air ducts, etc. It's a townhouse with a finished basement. They completed it and I immediately had a tenant move in. While the tenant lived there, they barely complained except to let me know of a few random leaks. I called Fire-tech for a broken pipe in my bathroom that leaked to the floor below and damaged my office. They responded the next day and they met with the insurance company and were able to get more than twice what I was originally offered by the insurance company. Everything was fixed the next week. As good or better than it was. They even helped me locate some hard-to-find wallpaper to match what I originally had. Wood floors came out better than I had ever seen them.
