Tim Dean of Fire- Tech was hired by my HOA after a bad fire in my unit. They had to gut and rebuild my unit including plumbing, electrical, insulation, windows, siding, air ducts, etc. It's a townhouse with a finished basement. They completed it and I immediately had a tenant move in. While the tenant lived there, they barely complained except to let me know of a few random leaks.
