Tina (FireTecs owner/manager) is a thief and customer account information is ENTIRELY UNSECURED! I was hired to do contract work on their computers. I quoted \$250 for an off-site backup and data transfer plus \$60/hour for any followup on-site work that needed done. When the invoice came to \$430, she decided to only pay the \$250.
