It was a birthday staycation for me. My sister and enjoyed it very much. Staff was immediate and attentive while being friendly. Rooms were very comfortable. Went especially to enjoy the pool which was well cared for and very refreshing. Our front door opened to pool and courtyard which was lovely. We enjoyed the pool very much. The free breakfast buffet was good but the service was excellent, always there with more hot coffee or water, very pleasant folks. We have been aware of the Sheraton Tucson for many years, and assumed it needed renovation before making our most current reservation for two nights. We were amazed and pleased with what we found: An enthusiastic welcome at the front desk, a fantastic, modern, comfortable room, great shower and bed, a full-course, delicious breakfast served on plates, with coffee served by a server at our table. Great hotel. They need to increase there pool hours till at least 10pm
Really nice hotel, great rooms, but the complimentary breakfast is the worst I've ever had.
