Never ordered from Fire Spares Online, but needed a made to measure firebrick. Ordered Wednesday evening, shipped Thursday morning, arrived Friday Morning! Extremely well packed, made to my specifications and an individually signed order check list by the picker, the order checked and finally signed by the packer. Oh, and the cost? Extremely competitive. Just place your order - these folks are superb!!
Tried to fit my new fire bricks into my log burner and they wouldn’t fit (long story but due to internal metal moving). I’m new to log burners so contacted Fire Spares and had some fantastic customer service from all involved, needless to say my issue was resolved with some great advice and guidance from Mark. So all in all, 100% satisfied with dealing with this company and felt reassured throughout the whole process. Excellent company to deal with. Communication and knowledge of the product made it an easy decision to purchase. I had a requirement for firebricks of a certain size and shape. Fire Spares Online were able to CNC cut exactly what was needed. All the bricks fitted snugly into my stove and there has been a noticeable improvement in performance.
