The risotto was scrumptious! I cannot say enough about their focaccia 👌 We had take out and hubs loved the bacon cheese burger 😎

My visit to Oak Ridge was for 2 nights only to attend a memorial. So I got online. Fire & Salt looked interesting. I was surprised at how high the quality was. I had the pork tenderloin as the entre. Cooked with apple: tender with a delicious taste. Served on a bed of grits I believe. The portion was perfect. For dessert I had the mocha cheesecake. It was not sweet.
