Poor customer service We needed to have an annual inspection and service done on our fire extinguishers. Apparentely, we used them the prior year, so we called them to do the inspections this year. After leaving message after message with whoever it was that answered the phone but, could not help me, I recieved a returned phone call after seven attempts and a week later.
