When Al came by to do a consultation on my chimney there was an accident with the latter that did a small amount of damage to the exterior of my home. Not only was Al forthright in bringing this to my attention, in the weeks that came, he made sure to stay in contact with me to ensure that the damage was repaired at no cost to me and to my satisfaction. In addition, he did a great job on my chimney repair. I would highly recommend him.
