Our chimney cap came off and we were going out of town that weekend. A large rain storm was coming in that Sunday and we needed to get this resolved ASAP. After calling many other companies to get help DURING the busy season, Fire Safe came out same day, and put on a new cap in under an hour even though they were booked for the day. Fantastic service, friendly and professional, I would highly recommend.
These guys were great. I have a 2nd floor laundry going out through the roof and these guys jumped into action and cleaned the dryer hose out. Wow who new how much was in there. They went above and beyond to clean my 4 exhaust fan tubes out as well and put bird covers up. I fully recommend these guys, from scheduling to completion it was great!
If you need a chimney cleaned or repairs to your chimney this is the company to call. They have been in business for over 25 years and they know what they are doing. With the owner and everyone working for him being a Durham firefighter you can't go wrong. I have been using Bob Perera for years to clean my chimney. He does not over charge and lets you know if your chimney is safe to burn.
