Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and follow-up. I've requested clear explanations and a copy of service records with absolutely no follow through. Instead, evasive responses from sales team, no follow up from customer service manager, and continued errors in service scheduling.
The inspector worked efficiently and was helpful.

So I pulled up to our dining hall at 8am on Monday morning in my pajamas to the fire inspector waiting to do his yearly inspection, which I had not been informed of,so after letting him in I went to change into work clothes & met him back there.
