The Fireplace Store & More is locally owned and operated. We purchased an existing business in September, 2007 and have made great strides since that time. Our goal is to provide quality products that are not otherwise available in our area. We moved to our new showroom in September, 2008 so as to allow customers to see dozens of operating display units. We believe it is important to see an item prior to buying it. Second year with my gas log installed by The Fireplace Store, and I love it! Great personal service and fair price.
Worst store to deal with, horrid customer service and blatant dishonesty. I'm sorry I dropped over $4000 here and would leave a lesser rating if possible. We bought a wood burning stove and arranged for delivery and installation of the item. Problem #1, they wrote down the incorrect address. Not a big deal except that they ignored me while I tried to flag them down and tell them. Problem #2, they delivered the stove in the rain and had it uncovered the entire time, it's about a 30 minute drive from their location to my house... read more
