The staff at Fire Mtn are amazing! They went (and are still going) above and beyond to take care of our dog before, during, and now after his mass removal surgery. They truly care about your pets ❤️ We love Fire Mtn! I highly recommend 😊
I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my beloved pup, Bernie. We use the facility for routine and urgent care, as well as day-, and overnight boarding. The facility is clean, calm and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and treat us with kindness and respect. All procedures and charges are clearly explained and they make sure we are comfortable with every aspect of the plan before proceeding with treatment and care. Those who work there are nothing but kind and thoughtful. They have been understanding of my money restrictions but make sure I understand what is important and needs done to keep my fur babies healthy. They are so caring for every pet I have brought in and I'm ever so grateful they're open on Saturdays.
