Woman that answered the phone was completely rude and unfriendly. Cut me off while im describing the service im looking for to tell me "we only fix fire alarms and sprinklers" Fine, i need to understand the scope of ability, and i was going to ask "is this something that you can resolve?" but after a conversation like that, i will NEVER look to call Summit for any service. Find a new front desk person or continue to lose business
Do not use these folks to do your fire suppression. We are working up a lawsuit and that's all I have to say about that.
Great Business. They are fair and hard working
Called and got an answering service. Still have not heard. back from them. Are they Summit, Fire and Safety or Black Rock or ?? This post will not let me cancel, review, it just keeps going back to the original 'Posting' page. I had to turn my computer off to get rid of it. Answering service just hung up on me and would not tell me the current name of the company. Pretty poor service especially in light of an emergency.
Serviced our next door neighbor, and caused the smoke detector to sound for 14 hours overnight. Would not do anything to correct overnight.
