I called to get help for a customer of mine that needed an Ansul valve on a gas line. They gave me the correct information for the right people to help me. I really appreciated the help we got.
Summit Fire is the least capable company with the lowest customer service. The reviews on this page reflect their quality level. Charles Moretz, one of the field supervisors is the worst person i have ever dealt with, from silly RFIs to using fault language, never seeing this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism.
