I just want to say that I had the best experience with Summit today. While I couldn’t get the service done on the original piece of equipment, they led me in the right direction and I was able to get my inspection and tag clearance the same day. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. It didn’t go unnoticed
I called to get help for a customer of mine that needed an Ansul valve on a gas line. They gave me the correct information for the right people to help me. I really appreciated the help we got.
Summit Fire is the least capable company with the lowest customer service. The reviews on this page reflect their quality level. Charles Moretz, one of the field supervisors is the worst person i have ever dealt with, from silly RFIs to using fault language, never seeing this level of disrespect and lack of professionalism.
Not impressed!
