We had a family group so called ahead to check if there would be enough lanes open and was told that there was a school currently playing but if we came by 9:00 we could get the appropriate amount of lanes. We arrived at 8:40 & was told it was to late because they had closed their draws. Poor communication & bad business.
I called around 730 and they said they were open but it was a school there. I said it will be about an hour. She as long as ny nine bc we stop selling at 9. We were in parking inside trying to bowl at 852 and we were refused bc they closed drawers
The man at the food bar very nice wonderful service I wish all workers where nice like him
