I called Fire King after hours hoping to get ahold of someone to come fix out fire panel as it was giving false fire alarms. The answering machine directred me to press 1 for after hours service, so I did. The number it forwarded me to said "this number is not accepting calls at this time" and hung up on me.
I can in last minute before New Year's Eve weekend need my church's fire extinguishers serviced immediately. They were the only fire service company I was able to get on the phone. Maryann was super nice! I came in 30 mins before closing and they were able to service my fire extinguisher with no problems. Will definitely recommend!!!
The only place I will recommend for re-cert of tanks. Mary Anne said/did exactly as was told to me on the phone. Price is reasonable, and the service is quick.
Made an appointment to have them come and check our fire extinguisher and certify it for the year. On the day of the appointment no one showed up. When I called to check what was happening I was told no one set up the appointment and I wasn’t even in the system. I was promised that someone would show up the next day and get the job done. Around 6:30pm no one showed up so I called their shop and they were closed. Seems they can’t keep their appointment so I’ll call someone else.
Had some fire extinguishers serviced here last fall. Friendly staff helped me out. Even gave me a loaner extinguisher so I'd be safe on my boat for the couple days I was without mine. Really appreciated that. Thanks!
