Wonderful service and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my gas fireplace and he knew exactly what the problem was and even had the part to fix it in his truck. He had me up and running within an hour. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will say that my appointment was 3 weeks after I called but it just goes to show you how much their services are in demand. I will definitely be calling them for all my gas fireplace problems.

I brought my fireplace 2 yesterday ago. Love it, saves on heating bill. They came out to turn on the gas. Ended up also checking log placement, battery check, adding embers. Great price for service . Thanks
Tried to put a shady $80 service charge to come out to quote a new install. I'm not having any part of it buddy
I am beyond pleased with my experience with Fire It Up. Bryan was very knowledgeable and experienced which put me at ease. I came in to talk with Bryan about my original to my house gas fireplace and expected to need everything replaced. Bryan asked me to bring back some pictures and we sat down together and came up with a plan that would be effective, efficient and cost-effective.
