We had a great time at this property the week of July 4. It is exactly as advertised. Incredible location right on the beach! The owner was very responsive when we texted during our stay. The bikes, beach chairs, and other equipment in the basement is awesome. Highly recommend going to the sunken forest. Careful not to fill the refrigerator too full or else it doesn’t cool properly. Would love to stay here again soon!!
We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the Sunrise/Sunset house on Fire Island. The location on the beach and views from the deck are absolutely incredible. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need (including bikes to use to travel the island and ride into town - which was really fun). And, the owner of house, Dru, was very helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this house for a fun family vacation right on the beach!
We had an amazing stay here! You can’t beat the location - right on the beach, near to some local spots, and a bike ride away from Ocean Beach shops and restaurants. The large wrap around deck offered incredible views from sunrise to sunset. There were plenty of bikes to accommodate our group and even beach toys to occupy our little one. Would definitely stay here again.
This is our third year there and as always we had a lovely time. The view is spectacular, the house is lovely and the kitchen well stocked.
