F.I.R.E. does not deserve even 1 star. Be careful when working with this company, they are a scam and untrustworthy. I agree with the rest of the (negative) reviews, they have worked on my property without a permit or an approval by my city. F.I.R.E. company is unprofessional and unreliable. They have also filed claims to my insurance for services that have not been performed well or not at all. This company is a scam! Look into them and do your research! Run the other way if you see them coming. They will take your money and not do the job right. Our family lost our home in a fire in 12/2015, as of today our home is still not half way done and they've collected ovet $100,000! Their work is below standards. They perform work without permits and not approved by city. They use low grade materials, work very slow, and are very unprofessional. They do not pay their bills. Deadbeats. The way I look at it is that they are not professional enough to pay their bills, then they are not professional enough to do an honest job.
