They showed up on days they were not scheduled, we were told multiple times that they had some of their "best guys" on this job and by the 3rd or 4th time of them trying to fix their mistakes, we decided to be done with it. We paid over 50k and have a big dent in our ashphalt driveway fom the storage container they brought in, left nails and sharp corners of trim everywhere they cut the pieces in our front yard, we had to ask them a whole week aftger they were done when they were coming for all the garbage, scraps and tools ... read more

Fire Restoration was wonderful to work with. I experienced a garage fire and I am so glad someone recommended them to me. They were timely in responses and even helped coordinate with my insurance company. Joel did an excellent job of managing the project and communicating with me about the progress, I would have been lost without his guidance. I highly recommend them to anyone going through something similar.

I experienced a house fire December of 2024. Fire Industry was the company that boared up my windows the night of the fire. The next day one of their consultants took my wife and I out to lunch and went through our policy with us and gave me a direction on how to navigate this difficult time. The company has amazing people that work for them. From project managers to finish carpenters plus Teresa that deals with all the paperwork and finances. You should definitely hire this great team! We have worked with many contractors in the past and have never had an experience this good. We had a fire with smoke damage that destroyed the entire inside of our house, requiring a complete gut and remodel. We also had some complex insurance issues to deal with. The team (Greg, Scott, Troy, and Theresa) took care of everything.
