Fire Restoration was wonderful to work with. I experienced a garage fire and I am so glad someone recommended them to me. They were timely in responses and even helped coordinate with my insurance company. Joel did an excellent job of managing the project and communicating with me about the progress, I would have been lost without his guidance. I highly recommend them to anyone going through something similar.

I’d give Fire Restoration more than 5 stars if I could! Clark inspected water damage at my house within half an hour after I called him about flooding in my laundry room. Then he began mitigation soon after, working quickly to remove damaged flooring and drywall and set up fans, which resulted in complete prevention of mold issues. You should definitely hire this great team! We have worked with many contractors in the past and have never had an experience this good. We had a fire with smoke damage that destroyed the entire inside of our house, requiring a complete gut and remodel. We also had some complex insurance issues to deal with. The team (Greg, Scott, Troy, and Theresa) took care of everything. So glad we called Fire Industry Restoration Experts when our dishwasher leaked. There was more damage then we realized. Clark was quick to respond and act to minimize damage. Joel was our project manager. He is very down to earth and did all he could to make sure we were taken care of and got the most from our budget. It’s always stressful when something major happens to your home. But, after making a call to Fire Restoration, the stress and panic quickly faded. What great people! They handled everything with great care and thoroughness. We felt so cared for, as they took over restoring every detail. So thankful to the team and especially Aaron for making our home beautiful!!!
