Fantastic job upgrading our heat pump system. They went above and beyond in many ways, including identifying safety defects from previous installs that had gone undetected. System performance is now much improved. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
Every interaction I had with them was very pleasant! Fire and Ice got our A/C up and running again very quickly.
The service was amazing. Their response time was so quick not only to come to the office to check out the unit but also to determine what was wrong with the unit, pull it down, service it and get it back into working order. My appreciation is endless to the quality, accurate and efficient service. I'm telling everyone right now to not look any further when you need your systems serviced because I don't think it gets any better than this. Thank you so much for keeping me and my team cool.
The team at Fire and Ice came out to fix an older rooftop heat pump unit at our office that was not keeping up with the cooling in our building. Both Graham and Kayden meticulously diagnosed the issues and made sure we could get it back up and running. Even though they should have shamed us for not changing out a very dirty air filter, they simply just replaced them and even brought a couple spares. Absolutely amazing service when my furnace went on after a holiday. They came right away to diagnose it. Turns out I needed a new furnace. My previous one was quite old. As soon as I approved the estimate, they got to work right away and had my new furnace installed in two days. The gentleman that came to our house was professional, and I could tell they really cared about doing a great job. I do recommend them, and I would absolutely use them again.
