This was phenomenal this was by far the best of variety of bbq I’ve ever had and I went to Terry Black’s in Texas and I can say it was close but this was better. I like to try a little bit of everything when I’m at bbq spots, so I got the platter. It comes with 6 meats and it is 35 dollars to me that is reasonable. And there are 2 add ons for 2 dollars each which are sliced and chopped brisket So I got pulled chicken, pulled pork, sliced chicken breast, sliced brisket($2), hot sausage, and 3 baby back ribs. Nice drive to get there, inside and outside seating. Food was good, ice cream was great, did have some dreaded ice chips in one flavor. Alittle spendy for us to eat there often. There are games to play so that was cool.

Despite the long wait, I am talking about one full hour of wait, as they are overwhelmed by a catering order, I am still satisfied by the food that finally came - juicy smokehouse brisket sandwich that is full of flavors. They did apologize for the long wait and waived my ice cream order. Their home made ice cream is yummy - especially the dirt pudding flavor!

I often ask my son to pick up food, and the food that we order is delicious. Today, I have the Fire & Ice Smoked Pork Belly Burger, 100% pork that rivals bacon in flavor and the texture of an all-beef burger. Topped with bacon, smoked cheddar & bacon pepper jam. It's such a delicious burger!
