Had all kinds of jewelry repaired this week and Joe exceeded my expectations! He was reasonable and also created a new custom pendant out of my Grandmother’s ring. Thanks for everything, SO happy :)
We purchased the cutest little owl earrings from Fire and Ice. They are lovely and knowledgeable humans who were so patient when I came in with my kids. My daughter LOVES her owl earrings and I also can't get over them.

Amazing service! They fixed a gold herringbone necklace for me that other jewellers said they couldn’t fix. Looks amazing and at a very reasonable price. They also did some work on my engagement and wedding bands which now look brand new! I’ll definitely return.
I had the pleasure of being able to drop in today to see Brian about my late Mum's necklace. I had just lost the closing clasp last week. I am so happy Brian was able to help me today and while I waited he meticulously attached a lobster claw and I am able to wear it again. Thank you for your care, and compassion.
