I brought in a silver chain with a broken clasp, and a lost pendant. They repaired the clasp beautifully, helped me find an amazing replacement pendant, and even made a custom piece to attach it to the chain. They were incredibly nice and helpful, never even remotely pushy about anything, and had a great price. Not to mention everything came back shined to a mirror finish. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else anytime soon.
Terrible service! Replaced the gem in my jewelry with cheap plastic and denied it when I came to pick it up when it was clearly not the same piece I I dropped off. Scammers.
Brought some pieces in to have a custom made jewelry item crafted for a birthday gift. Within a short time I was being called to pick up a wonderfully crafted piece which was so well made! Wonderful customer service and wonderful craftsmanship! Thank you so much!
I brought in a bracelet to be repaired, it is intricate and a small connecting piece that broke. I was told they could repair it but it wouldn’t look completely seamless. I said that’s fine. Picked it up and the same week it broke in that spot from simply putting it on. When I brought it back they said they could do the same thing but that it would break again. My grandmother used to buy and get her jewelry fixed here. Superiors customer service, speedy and affordable! They were able to fix my princess bracelet almost exactly! I'm so glad I can wear it again. They even told me the can customer make other pieces to match! Thank you! ♡
