I went there today to have a bracelet fixed. They completed it while I waited at no charge. Owner is extremely friendly and amazing to deal with. Thank you!
Placed an order for a bracelet and was told it would arrive in 1-2 weeks. Almost a month later no update or communication. When I called to inquire I was told it’s on back order. I asked for a refund on my deposit as it was a gift and the birthday has passed. I was denied a refund. Hardly fair in this situation. Especially for a local business. Buyer beware.
