Fire and Ice were very quick to assess my Dad's furnace issue. They were able to get the needed part in asap and have been great to work with!
My furnace went out sometime overnight. Jeff answered my call before 8am, and showed up shortly after. He got the needed part and had things running before 9am. It went out again 2 days later. I called after 5 pm and he showed up immediately. Diagnosed and had the part for additional repair by 9am the next morning. Jeff and company were punctual, professional, and reasonably priced service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
