Love all that this company does for the community. They provide excellent service and the staff is the best! Professional and courteous.
The furnace was making an unusual noise. (On a Sunday) Fire and Ice came and checked everything out on Monday. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and could deduct the problem part right away. Our furnace is over 10 yrs old and we learned that many companies would just bring over a salesman to sell you a new system instead of a repairman. The repairman went to get the part that was broken and Installed the new one same day. Fire and Ice fixes the issue and no upsell. Love them!! Thank you for your honesty.
They were at our house within 2 hours of calling the office and they were able to fix our issue and get our heat working again! So thankful they were able to come with such short notice.
You guys are the bomb you guys done the best work and it was quick and you guys are reliable and thank you so much for your service
