I got Mike's number by reference, I called him because I had problems with my hot water tank and two hours later the technicians, John and Aidan, came to my house, checked it and were able to repair it. Good service and knowledge. Thank you for responding quickly and fixing it.

Mike the owner came with his team and installed an entire brand new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and air purifying system. I can feel the difference already in the house. His prices are fair and the team was professional, timely, courteous, friendly, and very detailed and thorough in their work and explained everything that was done. This guy got me out of a bind. My mother-in-law‘s radiator in her upstairs bathroom was leaking and needed emergency repair. I drained down the system overnight and Fire And Ice came out the next morning and was able to repair this 60 year-old radiator. He refilled the system and bled all of the Other radiators. Even went as far as to put all the covers back on. Professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I would like to start this review by saying I have NEVER written a review about a business in my entire life. I have worked in the service and hospitality industry for a very long time and try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. Mike and his team were out to my place both in the summer of 2022 and 2023. I have a wall-unit air conditioner and it was not functioning correctly. Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful! They're personalble, professional and definitely know their stuff. My A/C went out the day before one of the hottest days on record. Mike had my new A/C system installed the next morning. He even helped me balance the duct system and now the 2nd floor is much cooler than before. I highly recommend Fire & ICE Heating and Cooling! They're reasonable and definitely worth every penny. Thanks Mike!
