I have only praise for the people and the work they do. My first winter here in this house was the 20 below kind. My furnace went out and they came to the rescue that same day and I had a warm house again. They are always kind and will take the extra time to explain things to me. I highly recommend Fire and Ice.
Jake was great! So down to earth and always has a smile ! I also love having the same guy for service. He tuned up the furnace a couple of years ago. It was like having an old friend help me out. Kudos to you for having him on staff for repairs!
Chris is an awesome guy he helped me so much it's unbelievable anybody who don't use Fire and Ice is missing the bullet on super customer service
