Anthony came out to fix our furnace. He was very thorough and super friendly. Really glad I called fire n ice to come help.
I'm disappointed that Anthony arrived and promptly left without performing the maintenance service on my furnace. He rescheduled to return next Tuesday, but I haven't seen any confirmation from F&I on that new schedule. I'm beginning to suspect that F&I has tried to expand so much so fast they have diluted their customer service to meaning nothing anymore.
I can’t put into words how awesome my interaction with Michael Moore was during today’s visit. Michael was on time, very professional, and courteous. When he reached my door he introduced himself and immediately covered his boots with booties… right then I knew this visit would be pleasant. During the install of my new EcoBee thermostat we had great conversation and he explained his work along the way which made my experience comfortable. Thank You Michael you were awesome
If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. We called for a quote for duct cleaning, they insisted someone had to come to the house to see the system to give us an estimate. Totally fine! We scheduled the estimate & my husband took time off work to be there. 20 minutes AFTER our appointment time, we get a text saying they have to cancel, and cannot reschedule an estimate for another month.
