Love this service! I have had them for awhile, now for heating and air. Tavon was my technician and I would say the best and most thorough service I've had! Very knowledgeable and personable! Would highly recommend!

Fire & Ice maintenance plans are a scam! I purchased new AC and furnace with them a few years ago but did not initially sign up for the maintenance program. This past December I had an issue with the furnace so I called to have it serviced. The tech was great and super helpful. When payment time came I expected to pay a few hundred dollars but he stated if I signed up on the maintenance plan it would be a little over $20 and that would be charged monthly so of course I signed up.
