Zero stars of it was possible. It took 3 weeks before that come out to tell me the air compressor went out on the unit. Another 3 weeks before the got the parts to install it. After the compressor was installed, it worked for 6 days . Then it went out again. They came back out to fix it said it was going to be over 3k to repair. I refused to pay this. We have had nothing but good, professional, courteous, knowledgeable service from everyone at Fire & Ice. When we disagreed with a diagnosis by the first company AHS sent out, they sent Fire & Ice. We have been extremely pleased with their service.

We have been using this company for just over 10 years. They always do an amazing job and are very professional. We've never had issues with the same stuff breaking like other companies. We recommend them to everyone!

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. They are completely unprofessional and show a total lack of care in their work. The quality is poor and they ignore basic details. I have lost all respect for them. My experience was a disaster from start to finish. I truly hate this company.
