Great company start to finish. Lowest proposed price of four I received, including upgraded equipment AND extended warranties. Jarred went into my attic and crawlspace to look at the 30 year old equipment and I received the proposal the same day. Melinda walked me through the Alabama Power financing process which was painless. I pulled the trigger and once the equipment was on hand the crew showed up and stayed about 10-11 hours (weathering two rain showers) to get it done! I had A horrible experience with their customer service. I have never been spoken to that way, it made me afraid for them to do anything for me. I call my home warranty company and reported them and home warranty cancelled their service and refunded me my fee.Fire an ice lied to me about how they order the part but in reality it come from the warranty company and then had the nerve to charge me for a restocking fee of $75 for a part that they had no momentary investment in. Had both AC’s go out the day my mom was being released from the hospital. Our usual. Contractor could not come out for two weeks we contact a fire and ice and they came the same day. They got the downstairs unit working that day and ordered a part for the upstairs unit so thankful we found them. They do customer service the way customer service used to be and should be. Jerry was our technician. He was very polite smart prompt and worked fast.

Can not thank these guys enough! I reached out to the owners wife in a urgent situation and her on- call guy was tied up. Doyle came out instead and helped troubleshoot an ongoing problem I have been having at a property I manage. They were super efficient and helped my tenants have some comfort until we could repair the problem. Very professional and RELIABLE. I will be using them from now on!!!
