Fire and Ice is amazing. Every interaction with them from routine maintenance to emergency calls is met with prompt attention and understanding. Jenny is amazing and all the service techs we've ever had out to the house are kind, courteous, patient and welcoming of questions. Very reasonably priced and never take advantage.

I am a first time homeowner and wasn't informed about a bunch of stuff and I had an emergency call because my furnace was smoking... they came out and did about $2,000 worth of work before communicating with me completely... I scrubbed oil off my foot and furnace for about 10 hrs for me to turn it back on for them to tell me I needed to replace it in the summer. So I complained ..... last night my furnace wasn't blowing any hot air I called them 2 times over 2 hours finally got a call back and the employee wasn't very respon... read more
Overwhelmingly positive experience working with Fire and Ice. Everyone from the office to Gary and the team has been prompt and professional. We bought a home with an older system and did not have great luck with other service providers before calling Fire and Ice.
