Great experience from initial appointment with Gary to discuss the project to completion of the work. All employees from Gary, Jenny (office) and technicians were easy to work with, informative and professional. We had several jobs done including replacement of hot water tank, repair/upgrade oil burner and thermostat. They also replaced the oil line and filter to code. I would recommend this business.
Our heater was was staying on. Called them and they came out right away and seem to have fixed the issue.
Fire and Ice is amazing. Every interaction with them from routine maintenance to emergency calls is met with prompt attention and understanding. Jenny is amazing and all the service techs we've ever had out to the house are kind, courteous, patient and welcoming of questions. Very reasonably priced and never take advantage.
