Scammers, unscrupulous business practices – Went in for wash with a Ford Expedition in need of it. Was approached by a Manager type and asked if I wanted a full detail service for $150. Told them I wasn't prepared to spend that right then...Person dropped the price to $99 and I agreed. Surprise, I was had! POOR SERVICE, BAD JOB – I've tried to be a loyal customer of Firehouse--I have my car washed or wash it myself every week. I've been to Firehouse a minimum of 20 times in the past year...and am always prepared to re-wash it when I get home. Last time I went, the machine was down. The method of car wash was 2 guys using boat brushes to scrub the car down!! There was l line 10 cars long, when I asked if it would take a long time, I was told 10 minutes. Only get your car washed here if you want to get ripped off! – no regard for the customer. Rude, dishonest, I got different answers from everyone I spoke with. I have never been this unhappy with a customer service based business
Only part of their machine works. It's been broken for month – I called asking for a manager, told there was one at the Colfax store named Chris. Noone there my that name. It used to be a great place, not anymore
Excellent Customer Service – I normally take my car to WaterWorks. I decided to take a chance with FireHouse and I was extremely pleased with the service. My car has never looked so good. I got a detail service done. When I pulled in the ticket writer/manager Ed was extremely helpful and courtious. I told him about my reservations and he reassured me that he would personally take care of my car. Once I picked up my car everything that he had promised had been done. I would highly recommend this car wash to everyone.
complete disregard for the customer – For a hundred dollars, you wont even get the instrument panel cleaned! -dust in the vents -an HOUR late -no "detail" at all -seats soaking wet Bottom line: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE you will be extremely disapointed. I am. Their Service is terrible.
Fire House Car Wash damaged our car and then gave us a hard time! – We recently took our car into the Fire House location on Colfax for a complete interior detail. When we picked up the car, the interior looked great, but we were told that our car had accidentally been backed into another car. Don't waste your money!!!!! – I just had my car washed at Fire House and I must say it was terrible. I requested the The Blue Coral Supreme - $27.95 and the Shampoo Seats - $34.95. I also asked if they could remove an old sticker off the window. Nothing outrageous.
