Bear always does such a great job with all our girls groups! She has done several sound bath and readings for us and has such a great attitude and calming presence. She even accommodated a group of 11 girls and it was amazing!! She told me several personal things that ended up coming true shortly after our reading and was so helpful anytime I had questions. We will be going back to her anytime we visit the Asheville area!

I've had tons of sports therapy and massage from dozens of practitioners. Erika is certainly one of the Best! She intuitively finds the trouble spots and is very strong and thorough with the deep tissue manipulation to break up tension. I also really enjoy the benefits of the graston technique she uses!
