If you have used this company and had a good experience consider yourself lucky. They took my call quickly to book my appointment for a cleaning but left and the fireplace was never cleaned and it’s not working and the tech never said a word. I gave them the benefit thinking maybe they marked me down for the wrong service not a cleaning but after leaving several messages no one has called me back. So inconsiderate and unprofessional. These guys were awesome. I just moved into an old house and had an issue with smoke filling the basement when I lit a fire on the main floor. They explained what was happening over the phone, and they gave me an easy fix to stop it from happening. I scheduled an inspection, and they fixed the issue promptly and affordably. I would recommend them to anyone!
Called this company to come out and clean and inspect my chimney and wood stove. My wife was concerned about the condition of the chimney and wood stove. I usually clean it myself, but she wanted a professional to do it so she could have peace of mind knowing that the chimney and wood stove were in good safe operating condition. The man came out and cleaned everything and told us the chimney had some minor flaws but nothing to be concerned about.
