Absolutely love FIRE! Everyone is so welcoming and it's definitely a judgement free zone! I've only been here about 3 months and i already feel like I have a second family<3 I love starting my mornings going to fire, especially when i get a warm "good morning" from coach stephanie every morning(: My mental and physical health have changed so much. Join fire now and thank me later🥰
Love this place never knew I would be a gym rat or a morning person love waking up to come work out 6 days a week also Love to hear Stephanie say GOOD MORNING everyday definitely makes my day

Fire is amazing the people, atmosphere, and coaches!! I love how every workout is different, and only 30 minutes, but still a challenge.
Absolutely love working out here! Even when I don’t want to the coaches give me the motivation to get it done. Highly recommend checking it out!
