I didn't think group classes were for me but I tried the free month and ending up liking it. Greatly improved heartrate and muscle soreness compared to strength training at a regular gym. Katie seems to really care about helping you get in shape and offering alternative exercises for things I can't do. All the coaches are motivating and help you push yourself a little more.
I would not recommend this place. The main coach is mean and you have to sign a contract for a year. Sure you get a coach, but what good does that do if they put you down and make you feel uncomfortable. Very clicky
