Here I am doing my yearly review! If that doesn’t tell you what will that this is a program/place that has been one of the only gyms I have stuck with over the last I think 5 years! Like I have said before they are like family and help push me even on the days I don’t feel like doing much! I am truly blessed that Fire, especially Oshkosh North have been part of my life!
Fire has been a life-altering experience for me. I have been going for 5 years and it is so worth it. I feel like it's a big family and everyone is so positive and encouraging. I have lost 65 pounds and am so toned, healthy, and full of energy. At 50 years old, I feel better than I did in my 30s!
I didn't think group classes were for me but I tried the free month and ending up liking it. Greatly improved heartrate and muscle soreness compared to strength training at a regular gym. Katie seems to really care about helping you get in shape and offering alternative exercises for things I can't do. All the coaches are motivating and help you push yourself a little more.
I would not recommend this place. The main coach is mean and you have to sign a contract for a year. Sure you get a coach, but what good does that do if they put you down and make you feel uncomfortable. Very clicky
