I love going to Fire. I've been going for over three years, have lost almost 50 pounds, and love how I feel like I have more strength and energy. I highly recommend this gym, not only for the health benefits, but for the sense of community too!

This gym has truly become a big part of my life and like a family to me. All the Coaches and Katie push and support me even on the days I am not feeling motivated! They are always there to answer questions you may have. I like the variety of workouts, that it pushes you and only takes up 30 minutes of your day.
Fire is the change that I needed to improve my diet and workout!!! They push you everyday! The camps are fun and everyone is awesome!!!!!! Coming up on the end of my first year and I am still inspired everyday!!!!!! Even at 5am 😊
