I hired Brian Garza (owner and Chef) and his Exec. Chef Casey McCallum to cater two 70th birthday dinners for my husband in the last couple weeks. One was for a party of 10 (5 couples) and the second was a family dinner/cooking class for our family of 9. Both were excellent and far exceeded my expectations.
